The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an exceptional customer experience at all times. You will lead, motivate and develop your team while maintaining a welcoming and well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Lead, support and develop the team to deliver excellent service
• Maintain a clean, safe and homely environment for guests and staff
• Manage rotas, staffing levels and training
• Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are consistently met
• Handle stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Deliver strong barista and front-of-house standards
• Drive performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing or supervising within hospitality
